EMILY M. WOLFSON

Emily M Wolfson grew up in North Jersey and went to Washington University in St Louis where she received her undergraduate degree in Architecture.  Living in Pennsylvania she founded the company Unforgettaballs, a sports collectible business where she created painted and printed art on baseballs for 30years. Hand painted baseballs included work for celebrities, the Baseball Hall of Fame, and the former commissioner of baseball.  Since 2021 she has turned her focus to fine art, painting exclusively in oils.  She has won numerous awards for her humorous realistic paintings including best in show at a local art gallery, as well as being featured in galleries in PA, NJ, NY, NC, and now WY.

Having worked in acrylics for decades, oil painting offers more depth with all its rich layers.  Focusing on realism, she paints subjects that make her laugh.  In her opinion there are just not enough chickens in fine art, or for that matter toys behaving badly.  Emily’s passion is to make these unconventional worlds come to life.
